Our team of experts managed and executed various strategic national projects for Feasibility Study (FS) and Detailed Engineering Design (DED), focusing primarily on water structures and renewable energy infrastructure. During this phase, our core engineering competencies were solidified.

Digital Transformation Initiation
We began adopting Building Information Modeling (BIM) and VDC technologies to enhance project efficiency. This digitalization step was reinforced by achieving the ISO 19650 International Certification, ensuring our information management meets global standards.

Our team’s digital capabilities expanded through the utilization of LiDAR, Photogrammetry, and integrated Project Dashboard development. During this period, we began formulating a fully digital-based and independent engineering consulting business model.
